Refund Policy
DISCLAIMER
- therapeticka® implements a regular follow-up (FUP) protocol to monitor the progress. The frequency of FUPs will depend upon the nature of the health condition.
- The tenure selected from the plan will be considered as a calendar period. Any delay/missed/lost-to-FUP and/or the time-gap caused thereof, due to any reason from your side, will not be considered as a missed period and cannot be deducted from the total tenure of therapy. The renewal date will thus be back calculated from the start date of your therapy.
- Our standard operating procedure, mandates an appointment-based consultation & FUP process and on a strictly first-come-first-serve basis. Hence, it will be your sole responsibility to proactively communicate with us in advance to plan and organise an upcoming FUP as advised in the prescribed plan.
- All deliverables e.g., medicines, supplements, products, documents etc. by therapeticka® or it’s vendors (as applicable) will be couriered to you at your doorstep using a professional logistics service. However, we do not accept any responsibility of tracking, timely delivery, damages, liability, disputes occurring from the service. This is provided to you purely in good faith at no extra cost and at your own risk.
REFUNDS
- Services/Products provided once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All payments should be made in advance and are non-refundable irrespective of the health outcomes. Therefore, kindly make a well-informed decision before initiating the therapy.
- therapeticka® will not be responsible for any failure to provide services (including FUPs) or adhere to your own schedules, the failure to pay any refund, or for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by any party, not under the control of therapeticka®.
- By accepting this document, you hereby agree to release therapeticka® from all claims arising out of any problems.
