Refund Policy

This policy explains our refund rules for all services offered by therapeticka™. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. The 7-Day Challenge

The 7-Day Challenge is free. No payment is taken, so no refund applies.

2. Wellness Consultations

If you cancel a consultation:

• More than 24 hours before the session: You receive a full refund, or you can reschedule at no cost.
• Less than 24 hours before, or if you do not attend: A fee of 50% of the consultation price is retained to cover the reserved time. The remaining 50% is refunded to you.

If we cancel or reschedule a consultation with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule, plus a 50% credit toward a future session.

3. Continue Monitoring Subscription

• The subscription is billed monthly in advance.
• You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
• We do not provide partial refunds for the current month if you cancel mid-month. You will retain access until the end of the paid month.

4. Wellness Formulations

Formulations are dispensed in person only. We do not sell products online. For any issue with a formulation dispensed to you, please contact us directly.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancel a booking, email healing@therapeticka.com with your name, booking reference, and the reason for your request. We will process approved refunds within 14 days.
